The freshly restored camper van is the perfect backdrop for any event - and everyone wants to grab a drink and have a look.

Most people have memories or some form of emotional attachment to old camper vans so we are sure it will get your guests talking and help them enjoy themselves.

Cash Bars

What You Can Expect From Us

Our cash bars include the following as standard:

A wide range of premium spirits (which can be tailored to your preference)
At least two lagers and ales, along with ciders and local ales, if requested
Premium mixers (for example Schweppes, Coke and Diet Coke etc)
Garnish (lemons and limes and paper straws etc) and ice is provided
Drinks will be chilled to perfection before the bar opens
Glassware or recyclable plastic can be supplied, if required
TEN notice included (which allows the sale of alcohol by the local council)
Bar decorations, tailored to the style of your event and venue

Upon arrival, we will start chilling the drinks down and set the bar up

(including the support area), which usually takes around 1 hour.

We will add any decorations and themed props (that will have been discussed previously) and once we are set-up, we will be ready to serve drinks to your thirsty guests bang on time.

We have a duty of care to your guests, the venue, our staff and our clients - and so will monitor the alcohol consumption of your guests in order to keep them (and our team) safe. We reserve the right to refuse service and may also close the bar if drinks are being consumed on site that we did not supply.

To place a booking, we request a £250 booking fee. Balances must be paid one month before the event.

We can also organise the hire of glasses, props, tables and chairs, decorations, cutlery, tablecloths

- you name it, we can do it. Just ask!
